East Daley Analytics is a fast-growing market leader in North American energy infrastructure and commodity intelligence. Our data informs investment decisions M&A transactions and financial market strategies for the most sophisticated buyers in the energy sector.
We are seeking an entry to mid-level Account Manager to join our growing team in the oil & gas analytics space. This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of clients across upstream midstream downstream marketing and energy trading services. The Account Manager will focus on driving customer success through renewals adoption and expansion of our analytics platform and data products.

The role:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts building strong and trusted client relationships
- Manage a mix of enterprise and small-to-mid-size customers across the oil & gas value chain
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction engagement and long-term retention
- Lead annual and multi-year subscription renewals in partnership with sales leadership
- Identify opportunities to expand accounts through upselling additional modules datasets or services
- Develop strategic account plans to support customer goals and maximize value
- Support onboarding and ongoing adoption of the analytics platform
- Partner with internal analysts to deliver market updates insights and data-driven support
- Conduct product demonstrations check-ins and quarterly business reviews

- Upsell NCV
- Engagement activity metrics and usage
Background that fits:
- Bachelors degree in Business Economics Energy Management Finance or a related field (preferred)
- 03 years of experience in account management customer success SaaS or a related client-facing role
- Interest in oil & gas markets energy analytics and technology-driven solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort presenting data insights and product value to customers
- Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce HubSpot etc.) is a plus
