We are looking for a General Manager to oversee operations lead teams and ensure exceptional results across our projects customer service and business operations.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on accountability performance and building winning teams. You will have direct impact on operational efficiency team development and company growth.
What Youll Own
- Oversee day-to-day operations across residential roofing siding window and gutter company
- Oversee production sales and administrative teams to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor KPIs project timelines budgets and overall performance
- Coach mentor and develop managers and team leads
- Drive operational efficiency quality control and customer satisfaction
- Implement processes to improve productivity and team performance
- Serve as a key decision-maker for company-wide operations
Who You Are
- Experienced in operations management or construction leadership
- Strong problem-solving organizational and communication skills
- Results-driven with a high-performance mindset
- Comfortable leading large teams and multiple departments
