ExperiencedSenior Procurement Agent

Company:

Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Procurement Agent to join our dynamic team in Oklahoma City Oklahoma.

Position Responsibilities:

• Source new parts and new suppliers for parts
• Manage internal business proposals for supplier selections
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify contract needs and specifications
• Evaluate proposals and negotiate contract terms and conditions
• Negotiate pricing terms and conditions to achieve the best value for the organization
• Review and analyze contracts to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline procurement procedures and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies procedures and audit requirements
• Initiate and execute supplier improvement activities and integrate results into contracting strategies

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position is for 1st shift.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements a U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. U.S. Person includes U.S. Citizen lawful permanent resident refugee or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 5 years of experience working with Supplier Management Supply Chain Procurement and/or strategic sourcing practices and processes
• 5 Experience project management experience with multiple stake holders
• 5 Experience drafting contracts or legal documents
• 5 Experience with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook PowerPoint Excel and Word)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelors degree or higher
• Experience presenting for executive leadership awareness and approval
• Experience in Contract Management
• Familiarity with FAR and DFAR type contracting

Typical Education/Experience:

Typically 10 or more years related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor Master etc.) preferred but not required.

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Travel:

Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $102850 - $127050
