Milliman Inc. is looking for an energetic curious and enthusiastic software testing professional to join the Employee Benefits Administration Technology (EB Admin Tech) practice in a fully remote and rewarding position.
The person in this role will join our Quality Assurance team responsible for testing solutions for large-scale Health & Welfare applications that manage employee benefit elections. This role will work closely with developers and other testers in a highly collaborative environment to analyze and verify system functionality with respect to requirements and to contribute to continual improvement in our software development lifecycle.

What You Will Do
In this role you will
- Developmaintain and execute functional test cases suites and plans using Azure Test Plans.
- Analyze document and track defects and other related issues from discovery to resolution.
- Define testable acceptance criteria against which system functionality will be evaluated.
- Activelyparticipatein Agile / Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups backlog grooming sprint planning sprint retrospectives and sprint reviews (including product demonstrations)
- Proactively learn product functionality and become a passionate advocate of the user experience.
- Perform SQL queries as needed against MS-SQL databases.
WhatWe Are Looking For
RequiredProfessionalQualifications
- 2 years of professional experience testing web applications.
- Experience creating running andmaintainingfunctional test cases.
- Knowledge of health & welfare systems or employee benefit enrollment systems is a plus.
- Experience developing and executing SQL queries.
- Experience testing REST APIs. Experience with Insomnia is a plus.
- Experience with Azure DevOps Azure Test Plans or Microsoft Test Manager is a plus.
- Ability to test and prioritize multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Important Qualities: Compatibility with Milliman Professionals Effective dealing with ClientsSensitive toQuality Communication Skills Flexibility and Detail-Oriented.
PreferredProfessionalQualifications
- Experience with AI-based testing and test plan tools is a plus.
- Experience with automated testing is a plus.

Location
This role is based out of the Milliman office in Dallas Texas but candidates hired into this role may work remotely anywhere in the US. The expected application deadline for this job isJune 30 2026.
Compensation
The overall salary range for this role is $78800- $145130.
For candidatesresidingin:
- Alaska California Connecticut Illinois Maryland Massachusetts New Jersey New York CityPennsylvania Virginia Washington or the District of Columbia the salary range is $90620 - $145130.
- All other locations the salary range is $78800 - $126200.
A combination of factors will be considered including but not limited to education relevant work experience qualifications skills certifications etc.â
