An AmLaw 50 law firm is looking to add a mid- to senior-level associate to its Mergers & Acquisitions team in Seattle.

If you enjoy running deals working closely with clients and being part of fast-moving transactions this is a great opportunity to join a high-performing team with a strong pipeline of sophisticated M&A work.

What Youll Be Doing

Youll be working on a range of M&A transactions including drafting and negotiating purchase agreements and ancillary documents managing deal processes and supporting clients through every stage of a transaction.

Youll also take on a meaningful role within deal teamshelping manage workflow coordinating with junior associates and interacting directly with clients on active matters.

What Theyre Looking For

• 37 years of M&A or corporate transactional experience
• Strong experience drafting and negotiating deal documents
• Experience managing deal processes and timelines
• Ability to supervise junior associates and contribute to team workflow
• Strong client communication and organizational skills
• Background at a national or international law firm preferred
• Strong academic credentials
