What You Will Do:

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers serving as their primary point of contact and understanding their business needs to deliver longâterm value.
  • Partner with customers to identify solutions recommending equipment parts and services that help them operate more efficiently and successfully.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including service parts and operations to ensure a smooth customer experience from sale through delivery and ongoing support.
  • Manage and grow an assigned account base staying organized responsive and proactive while working toward individual and team sales goals.
