Senior Graphic Designer
Job Summary
ABOUT THE ROLE
Were looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join Wild Hives Creative Services teamsomeone who can work confidently with established brands bring fresh campaign thinking and produce cutting-edge creative across both print and digital (and everything in between!).
Youll collaborate closely with your fellow Design Squad our marketing and fundraising teams and our for-purpose partnersworking across a portfolio of schools not-for-profits churches and national brands.
The role is 2030 hours per week with weekend coverage ideal (812 hours across Sat/Sun).
WHAT YOULL BE DOING
Develop campaign concepts and deliver creative from brief through to final output
Design across print and digitalcampaigns appeals events advertising and collateral
Produce high-performing assets for Meta Google Ads email and landing pages
Work within brand guidelines to produce fresh on-brand creative across every touchpoint
Collaborate across the Creative Services team and with client-facing and fundraising partners
Manage multiple briefs at pace without compromising quality
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
5 years in a senior design role ideally with agency experience
Strong across both print and digitalyou know the craft in each medium
Campaign experienceyou can ideate and execute
Collaborative by natureworks well within a team and cross-functionally
Fast detail-oriented and comfortable with shifting priorities
Technical mastery of industry standard design tools including the Adobe Suite (and not afraid of Canva either)
A portable set-up is a bonuswed love you to co-work with your local hive once or twice a week
