Join as the third founding engineer at a $3.2M seed-stage startup backed by Susa Ventures and Liquid 2 VC. You will build AI-powered software infrastructure that digitizes aircraft maintenance replacing decades-old manual processes. This is a high-ownership role shipping full-stack products for global MROs making aerospace innovation faster cheaper and more accessible.

What you will do:

• Build and ship full-stack product end-to-end including data pipelines API integrations and React-based frontends.

• Design and deploy production-ready AI/LLM features such as voice-to-record agents integrated into critical aviation workflows.

• Own major architectural decisions and feature development from day one ensuring software meets the rigorous demands of aircraft certification.

The ideal candidate:

• 2-3 years of professional experience building and shipping production-grade software across the full stack (Python/FastAPI/TypeScript).

• Strong UX instincts and hands-on experience integrating AI/LLMs into user-facing systems that feel intuitive and reliable.

• Proven ability to navigate startup chaos and manage complex data integrations or ETL pipelines within a fast-moving engineering environment.
