Job Description
We are now looking for a Process Engineer to join our team to lead advanced process development and industrialization in a high-tech automated manufacturing environment.
This role is ideal for someone who combines deep technical expertise with strong project ownership and the ability to drive measurable process.
Your Role:
Lead end-to-end process development from concept to industrialization
Translate product requirements into robust manufacturing solutions
Own FAT / SAT and process commissioning
Drive process capability targets (Cm Cmk Cp Cpk Pp Ppk)
Lead PFMEA and risk mitigation strategies
Define critical process parameters & implement SPC controls
Execute advanced DOE to optimize KPIs
Mentor junior engineers and support cross-functional teams
Drive continuous improvement using Lean & Six Sigma
