Oxford Learning is seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Services Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our busy learning centre. This is a growth-oriented role ideal for someone who enjoys working with people thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about education.
This position begins part-time for training with a clear pathway to full-time hours.
Role Overview
In this role you will be the key point of contact for families students and staffhelping ensure a smooth positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
This is an in-person position at our Halifax location.
Schedule
- Full-time hours (3540 hours/week)
- Consistent weekly schedule with a mix of daytime and afternoon/evening shifts
- Core hours:
- MondayThursday: afternoons and evenings (approx. 11:00 am 7:00 pm)
- Friday/Saturday rotation (9:00 am 3:00 pm)
- Schedule is set in advance to support consistency and work-life balance
What Youll Do
- Guide prospective families through Oxford Learning programs
- Coordinate student and staff schedules
- Schedule and administer student assessments
- Monitor and support student learning programs
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress
- Support daily centre operations and ensure a positive environment
- Build relationships within the local community
- Uphold and model Oxford Learnings teaching philosophy
- Support and coach instructional staff as needed
What Were Looking For
- University degree (Education Business Social Sciences or related field preferred)
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication skills (phone email in-person)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced people-focused environment
- Proficiency with Google Workspace
- Reliable and professional with a positive team-oriented attitude
Nice to Have
- Experience in an educational or service-based environment
- Strong math skills (secondary level)
- Bilingualism (French/English)
- Experience managing schedules or operations

Salary / Compensation & Benefits
- Starting salary: $22 - $24/ hour (full-time equivalent)

Requirements
- Ability to commute toHalifax & Bedfordlocations
- Availability for evenings and Saturdays
- Successful completion of a Vulnerable Sector Check
