Digital Producer

The Digital Producer plays a key role in delivering integrated digitalfirst marketing campaigns by coordinating workflows managing resources and supporting crossfunctional teams from concept to final delivery. This role balances creative problemsolving with operational excellence ensuring digital social and platformspecific assets are produced efficiently accurately and onbrand. The Digital Producer partners closely with creative media strategy and account teams while fostering an inclusive collaborative environment. They oversee timelines budgets vendor relationships and daytoday project tracking helping the studio operate smoothly and driving innovative insightled work across channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fastpaced digital environments communicates clearly and brings a calm organized approach to managing multiple moving parts.

Responsibilities & Skills

  • Proactively oversee daytoday production for fully integrated and digitalfirst campaigns ensuring efficient resourcing and smooth workflow across the studio team.

  • Collaborate closely with producers creative media strategy and account partners to deliver cohesive insightdriven work.

  • Communicate project requirements clearly and respectfully ensuring all team members feel supported and informed.

  • Maintain ongoing communication with internal teams to monitor progress remove blockers and uphold delivery standards.

  • Build and manage project timelines scopes and budgets with transparency and accountability.

  • Provide timely accurate reportingusing spreadsheet projectmanagement or digital workflow toolsto the Operations Manager.

  • Traffic digital social and crossplatform assets ensuring onspec delivery to internal teams platforms and external vendors.

  • Develop and nurture inclusive collaborative relationships with internal teams freelancers and vendor partners.

  • Contribute to a positive and innovative studio culture by sharing ideas championing digital best practices and supporting new ways of working.

Required Experience

  • 23 years in a production digital project management or integrated campaign operations role.

  • Strong background in overseeing digital advertising campaigns including social display paid media and platformspecific formats.

  • Experience with print video motion or experiential production is a strong asset.

  • Experience working on automotive retail or multicultural marketing (Hindi or Chineselanguage markets) is an asset.

  • Thrives in a fastpaced agile environment and adapts quickly to shifting priorities and budgets while maintaining momentum.

  • Strong analytical abilities with an understanding of how creative outputs map to client goals and performance metrics.

  • Balanced problemsolving skills with the ability to evaluate creative challenges from both strategic and production perspectives.

  • Confident and fair vendormanagement approach including negotiation and relationship building.

  • Brings a calm organized and solutionsfocused mindset contributing positively to team culture and collaboration.

The salary range for this position isCAD $60k-$70k. Actual salary within thesalary range will be based on avariety of factors including relevantexperience knowledge and skills.A range of medical dental RRSPpaid time off and/or other benefitsalso are available to all permanentemployees.
