THE TEAM
The mission of the Workplace Operations Department is to operate a global network of Everyday Luxury Workplaces enabling operational excellence while providing a frictionless experience for all our people everywhere.

Aritzia is growing and our Workplace Operations team is growing with it. THE ROLE
As the Senior Manager / Manager Workplace Operations Management you will lead the team to:
Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience
Ensure our workplaces are maximized and maintained with operational excellence
Ensure our workplaces are engaging motivating and fun
Ensure our people have the right supplies and equipment
Enable efficiency in the administration of programs / services
Ensure the most important programs and initiatives are realized methodologically and entrepreneurially while connecting and organizing the division

THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Senior Manager / Manager Workplace Operations Management has:
Proven skills certifications education and/or experience
A commitment to learn and apply Aritzias Values and Business and People Leadership principles
The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION
At Aritzia we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.

The range for roles at this level is $100000 $300000 per year. Total compensation may include base bonus and/or equity depending on the role which has the potential to be greater than this range.
