The right candidate for our Decorative Hardware Consultant position will enjoy helping our customers select decorative hardware for their homes and businesses as well as developing long-term relationships with home builders and interior designers. Creative organized people with friendly and patient personalities do well in this position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service true to our motto first and foremost
- Maintain a clean attractive stocked and organized showroom
- Build sales with walk-in designers architects developers and homeowners.
- Actively listen to customers needs to best meet their expectations
- Ensure each customer experience is personal to their shopping needs
- Follow up with customers and designers after selections to ensure and maximize customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in interior design or other related fields.
- Customer first approach in order to exceed their expectations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High energy self starter
Job Types: Full-time Part-time

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
