Job Summary
Kendall Bank is a growing community bank seeking a handson Treasury Services Manager to drive treasury sales support commercial clients and oversee daily treasury operations. This is a clientfacing playercoach role with ownership of treasury growth and direct partnership with lenders.
Key focus:
- Primary Treasury Services sales lead
- Client meetings onboarding and product implementation
- Treasury operations oversight (ACH wires RDC fraud tools)
- Managing Treasury Relationship Specialist support
Ideal background:
- 5 years Treasury Management or commercial banking experience
- Strong treasury product and payment services knowledge
- Clientfocused selfmotivated relationship builder
- CTP or AAP a plus
