HR Talent Partner A high-growth enterprise B2B SaaS company in Austin TX seeks a HR Talent Leader to build and scale its US hiring function. This is a high-impact individual contributor role with a primary focus on recruitment (approximately 70%) and secondary responsibility for HR operations (30%). This is a direct hire opportunity.

HR Talent Partner Role: HR Business Partner will partner directly with executive leadership including the CEO and senior stakeholders to drive hiring strategy and execution during a period of rapid expansion. The role requires strong ownership executive presence and the ability to operate independently in a build-from-scratch environment. Own and drive full-cycle recruitment across sales marketing product and pre-sales roles Lead hiring for enterprise sales talent operating in complex B2B environments Build and execute sourcing strategies while leveraging global recruiting support Establish hiring processes interview frameworks and talent pipelines in a new market Partner with leadership to align hiring with revenue goals and product strategy Manage senior stakeholders and influence hiring decisions across the business Apply data and AI-driven approaches to improve recruiting outcomes Support payroll coordination compliance and vendor management in the US Act as a point of contact for employee questions related to policies and benefits Ensure compliance with US employment laws and internal policies This role offers the opportunity to build a function influence executive decision-making and directly impact company growth in the US market.
HR Talent Partner Background Profile: Bachelors degree required; top-tier education required 812 years of experience across talent acquisition and HR support functions Proven experience recruiting within B2B enterprise SaaS or product-based companies Strong track record hiring enterprise sales and go-to-market talent Experience building recruiting processes and hiring infrastructure from scratch Experience working directly with executive leadership and influencing hiring decisions Strong understanding of US HR fundamentals including payroll and compliance Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter etc.) Familiarity with AI tools in recruiting and sourcing workflows Data-driven approach to hiring and decision-making Working knowledge of HR systems and payroll coordination Strong executive presence and ability to advise senior stakeholders Comfort with ambiguity and evolving priorities Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience hiring in new or unfamiliar markets Background in high-growth or scaling environments Stable career progression (3 years per role preferred)
