Job Summary
The Casino Operations Supervisor is responsible for monitoring and supervising the daily operations of Slots Casino Beverage and Table Games ensuring courteous timely and exceptional service is delivered by team members to all guests. The Casino Operations Supervisor oversees the activities of the casino floor to ensure an efficient compliant and profitable gaming environment while ensuring guests have favorable gaming experience.
Responsibilities
Supports team member development with training programs established methods procedures and guidelines desired results by developing team members through training programs and established methods procedures and guidelines to maintain high quality service standards and monitors performance through ongoing inspection evaluation and analysis
Builds guest relations through visibility tocustomersoliciting/requesting feedback and responding to guest concerns appropriately and professionally to resolve any issues
Maintains communication between departments promotes guidance for teamwork encourages employee ideas and feedback and mentors and instructs team members
Responsible for the overall integrity of dailyoperationsensures compliance with all regulatory internal control and policies and procedures
Performs slot attendant beverage serverbartenderor bar back job responsibilities throughout shift as applicable
Assists Table Games as needed
Familiarization with all Caesars Brandprogramssystems promotions and events.
Responsible for coordinating workflow duringshiftsto meet business demands and ensure customer satisfaction.
Presents oneself as a credit to the Company and encourages others to do the same.
Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Mustpossessexcellent communication skills including tact when dealing with difficult guests and be able to speak readwriteand understand the English language.
Ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions in stressful situations with co-workersguestsand vendors.
Excellent interpersonal skills and organizational ability.
Must be proficient in Excel Word PowerPointand Microsoft Outlook.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
High School Diploma or GED Required.
Bachelors degree or previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
2 years of experience in slot or beverage operations preferred
Must be at least 19 years of ageto workin the Casino
Must be able to obtain andmaintainaNebraskaGaming License
Communicate appropriately with all departments and fellow team members
Must be able to listen and respond to visual and aural cues
Proven supervisory andproblem-solvingskills with the ability to exercise independent judgment within established policies.
Ability to uphold anddemonstratethe highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds
Ability to lift and carry objects up to 30 pounds
Ability to bend stoop twist reach and kneel repetitively
Walk standrepetitiveuse of handshandle or feel objectstoolsor controls; reach with hands and arms.
Must be able to work from a standing position and/or walking motion for extended period
Must be able to work flexible hours including days evenings nights weekends and holidays.
Must be able to accurately perform all assigned job duties in a high-volume fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
Mustbe able to work with the public in a professional manner.
While performing the duties of this job the team members are constantly exposed to variable temperatures bright flashing lightsand loud noise environment.
