Principal Engineer Roadway Design

Required Credentials

• 15 years of transportation industry with 5 years of proven project management experience
• Professional Engineer license (PE) in Colorado or pathway to receive your PE within one year.
• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) or related discipline
• Strong established network in Colorado with a record of winning and delivering multidisciplinary transportation projects.
• Proven experience leading proposals and winning work across public-sector clients.

Additional Preferred Qualifications(not required)

• Proven comprehensive plans specifications and estimate delivery experience.
• Design experience with capital infrastructure projects with public sector clients.
• Experience training and mentoring staff.
• Prior consulting experience managing municipal (state county city) projects.
• Deep knowledge of Colorado transportation policies processes and key decision makers.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail delivering quality work products and excellent client service.
