- Driving product lifecyclefrom requirement definitions research metrics analysis technical specifications development testing KPIs and other launch efforts
- Working with data science engineeringandotherWalmart partners to define the data requirements measurement methodologiesAPIsand UX for reportingdashboards.
- Conducting industry and competitive analysisto understand the emerging trends inadvertisingindustry toidentifynew opportunities. Conduct customer research to define customer segments andidentifyneeds to inform product roadmap.
- Developing and enhancing products you will manage product roadmaps align business and technical needs analyze customer and product data turn customer insights into actionable initiativesdeterminerollout strategy and manage risks
- Defining vision and strategiesfor your product family using domainexpertise internal and external best practicesidentifyingmarket opportunities building business cases and approving objectives
- Partneringwith internal advertising sales team and Walmart retail teams to create unique compelling experiences thatbenefitshoppers and our advertising clients
- Building collaborative relationshipswith keystakeholdersby driving priorities aligned to business goals communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps and gaining buy-in from executive leadership
- Bachelors degreein computer scienceengineeringor related field
- 5to7years of experience in product management in advertising/ad tech data analytics and/or business intelligence/reporting. Experience in advertising measurement (MMMs MTAs Rest-of-Market Brand Lift Incrementality Attribution)stronglypreferred.
- Sound business judgment as well as ability to think clearly analyze quantitatively problem-solve scope technicalrequirementsand prioritize
- Must be able and willing to think and act strategically and tactically
- Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial proven ability to influence others internally and externally
- Test and learn mentality and an agile way of working to improve your teams products.
- Masters degree in a quantitative field (e.g. engineering computer science data sciencemathematicsor the equivalent)
- 8 years of experience leading product teams at an Online Advertising / Ad Tech business
- Deep understanding of ad measurement solutions including Incrementality Attribution MMMs MTAs Brand Lift strongly preferred
- Experience developing product partnerships with external partners
- Experience defining product strategy involving cross-functional stakeholders

San Bruno California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $117000.00 - $234000.00
Hoboken New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $108000.00 - $216000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
