Position: General Manager

Reports to: Director of Operations & Administration and/or Owner

As the General Manger you will be responsible for hiring training and motivating the management team and for the overall success of the company. Primary Responsibilities

Provide the planning budgeting goals objectives and development of the Marketing Production Construction and Office Teams

Lead a team of managers as they respond to and manage restoration and construction projects

Ensure clear two-way communication with owner managers team members property owners and clients

Ensure customer and client satisfaction

Oversee all project estimating job costing and quality control for jobsites and files

Ensure job processes and procedures are followed including safety training and guidelines

Oversee and assist with human resources and training functions including recruiting hiring training and development of managers and staff as necessary

Ability to manage and monitor multiple operational divisions (managers and staff)

Position Requirements

Effective written and oral communication

Intermediate math skills

5 years management experience restoration industry experience a plus

Excellent leadership skills

Proficient computer skills

Knowledgeable at job costing and quality control

Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Pay Rate

Competitive salary based on experience.

Base Salary - $60000 - $80000

Bonus Structure based upon revenue goals
