Job Summary
Posting Summary
Perform duties and responsibilities to maintain buildings and components including but not limited to carpentry painting door repairs heating cooling plumbing and other minor building repairs. Access information using appropriate desktop applications. Promote a safe work environment and aid in maintaining a high level of building cleanliness maintenance and operations. May operate a University vehicle to transport materials tools and equipment. May be required to operate an aerial lift. This position reports to a Supervisor and requires active engagement in learning and practicing principles of social justice and inclusion environmental sustainability and delivering great customer service experience.
