Job Summary
The opportunity
Were looking for a Staff Product Designer to shape monetization growth experiences throughout Adobe. This role focuses on how millions of users discover and access powerful creative and generative AI capabilities across Adobe surfaces.
Youll work on high-impact initiatives across in-app commerce account and admin experiences subscription management and monetizing AI capabilities helping translate product innovation into scalable business models while maintaining
Adobes high bar for build quality craft and accessibility all while enabling teams to iterate learn and grow.

What youll do
Youll help define interaction patterns for monetizing generative AI shaping how capabilities such as generation credits and premium AI features are introduced and experienced all while upholding Adobes standards for usability quality and accessibility.
Youll design the experiences that power growth adoption and monetization across Adobes ecosystem. This includes crafting intuitive in-product commerce flows subscription and credit models and feature monetization frameworks that scale to millions of users worldwide across desktop web and mobile products.
Youll collaborate closely with cross-functional partnersincluding growth engineering product management and data teamsto design experiments test hypotheses and evolve the systems that drive product adoption and revenue.
You bring curiosity about emerging generative technologies and how they reshape product experiences pricing models and value exchange. You experiment iterate and learn through building using prototypes as thinking tools to evolve concepts through feedback and exploration.
What you need to succeed
8 years of experience designing high-quality product experiences for complex digital products.
Experience designing growth or monetization experiences within large-scale product ecosystems.
Strong design craft with a systems mentality.
Hands-on skill with prototyping tools (Figma code or low-fi mockups).
Experience crafting experiments and iterative improvements informed by user behavior product metrics and A/B testing.
Strong collaboration skills working closely with product managers product designers content designers engineers and data science partners.
Passion for accessibility scalability and inclusive design principles.
Strong proficiency in prototyping storytelling and communicating rationale to influence partners and leadership.
Preferred Accessibility Design Skills:
Experience designing accessible and inclusive interfaces for people with disabilities.
Understanding of applying WCAG conformance criteria in design specifically testing comps wireframes and prototypes for accessibility standards.
Accessibility certifications CPACC WAS CPWA or ADS from the IAAP preferred.

Expected Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $$274300 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge skillsand experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.In California the pay range for this position is $189400 - $274300 In New York the pay range for this position is $189400 - $274300 In Washington the pay range for this position is $181100 - $262250
At Adobe for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission) and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
