Position Overview
We seek a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C/NP) to join our Family Medicine team. This role involves managing diverse patient needs across all ages from diagnosis and treatment to chronic disease management and preventive care. Fluency in English and Spanish is required to effectively serve our bilingual patient population. Ideal candidates will thrive in a collaborative patient-centered setting and contribute to our mission of holistic healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat acute illnesses/injuries (e.g. infections lacerations).
Manage chronic conditions (e.g. diabetes hypertension).
Perform minor procedures (e.g. suturing joint injections).
Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs imaging).
Prescribe medications and develop personalized treatment plans.
Provide patient education on preventive care and healthy practices.
Collaborate with physicians and support staff in a team-based model.

Qualifications
Masters degree in Nursing from an accredited FNP program.
Current FNP-C certification (ANCC or AANP) and valid Texas APRN licensure.
Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal) to serve our diverse patient population.
1 years of experience in family medicine (new graduates with strong clinical rotations considered).
Proficiency in EHR systems and commitment to evidence-based practice.
Preferred: Experience with chronic disease management or procedural skills (e.g. point-of-care ultrasound).
