Reablement Support Workers 2 posts 10213 permanent contracts 21.75 or 17.5 hours per week 13.90 - 14.59 per hour depending on experience weekend hours are paid at time and a third 26824 to 28142 per annum pro rata Grade E Norwich

You will work on a 2-week rota basis. This will include working alternative weekends and occasional bank holidays.

As a Reablement Support Worker you will be assisting people with their daily living activities such as personal care meal/drink preparation and medication with the aim of maintaining their level of independence with these activities.

Grays Fair Court is a care establishment made up of 34 Housing with Care flats. All flats are self-contained with bedroom lounge kitchenette and bathroom. The Housing with Care tenants also have access to 24 hour assessed care.

Grays Fair Court is part of the wider Norfolk First Response Service which consists of Norfolk First Support and Swift Response.
