Registered Building Inspector (Class 2 RBI)
Location: Rotherham Area
Contract: Initial 36 months Outside IR35 available
Rate: 5055 per hour
Hours: Full-time (part-time considered)
A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Building Control Surveyor / Registered Building Inspector (Class 2A) to join our clients team across in the Rotherham area on an initial 36 month rolling contract with strong potential to move onto a long-term contract shortly after.
The Role:
You will deliver Building Regulations plan checking and site inspection services across a range of domestic and/or commercial projects (RBI grade dependent)
Key Details:
5055 per hour
Initial 36 month contract with strong extension with high likely hood of being upgraded to 12 month rolling contract after initial period.
Outside IR35 available
Full-time role with part-time flexibility available
