IT Summer Intern Platform Operations Engineer
Position Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated IT Summer Intern to join our Application Systems Management this role you will gain hands-on experience with real-world application infrastructure across onpremises and cloud environments. This internship offers a supportive learning environment where you can develop technical skills understand modern platform operations and collaborate with experienced professionals in an international setting.

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Support the operation and maintenance of application platforms in both onpremises and cloud-based environments
  
• Shadow team members during daily operational activities including incident change and problem management
  
• Participate in root cause analysis activities and assist with preventive actions under guidance
  
• Contribute to automation initiatives by creating or improving scripts and tools to increase efficiency
  
• Support ongoing platform modernization and cloud migration projects
  
• Collaborate with engineers and crossfunctional teams to understand how different roles contribute to platform reliability and stability

For This Role You Will Need:

• Ongoing university studies in information technology engineering or a related field
  
• Basic understanding of Linux operating systems (Windows knowledge is an advantage)
  
• Fundamental awareness of networking and web technologies such as TCP/IP DNS and HTTP
  
• Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively in a team environment
  
• Motivation to learn grow and take initiative in a technical setting
  

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Familiarity with scripting or programming languages such as Python Bash or PowerShell
  
• Interest in cloud technologies and modern IT platforms
  
• Previous exposure to IT operations system administration or automation concepts (academic or personal projects are welcome)
