Senior IT Project Manager – Data & Migration in Pharma

We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager with strong experience in the Data domain to lead complex data integration migration and transformation initiatives within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

The successful candidate will combine strong project delivery capabilities with a hands-on approach ensuring successful execution of data-focused projects while managing stakeholders across business IT quality and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data integration and migration projects
• Manage project scope timelines risks dependencies and stakeholder expectations
• Coordinate business IT data and vendor teams to ensure successful project execution
• Drive data migration planning testing validation and cutover activities
• Ensure compliance with CSV (Computer System Validation) and regulatory requirements
• Facilitate workshops governance meetings and executive status reporting
• Identify and resolve delivery risks and project roadblocks proactively
• Support data quality governance and operational readiness activities

Qualifications :

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Senior IT Project Manager delivering Data Integration and Data Migration projects
• Strong understanding of data management data flows and system integrations
• Experience working in the regulated pharmaceutical environments
• Solid knowledge of CSV/CSA methodologies and validation requirements
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Delivery-focused mindset with a proactive hands-on approach
• Experience coordinating cross-functional and vendor teams
• Excellent risk issue and dependency management capabilities
• PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data platforms ETL/integration technologies or cloud-based data solutions
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks
