About the Role
As aSenior Solutions Consultant Atlassian Solution Architectat Oxalis you will play a key role in empowering organizations to streamline operations drive efficiency and harness the power of technology. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills a customer-first mindset and a passion for solving business challenges with will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs design tailoredsolutions andimplement best practices that drive measurable business value. Your ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity and confidence will be instrumental in building trust fostering collaboration and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Consulting: Advise customers on ITSM ESM Agile PPM andDevSecOpsoperating modelsidentifyingpain points crafting future-state processes and aligning solutions to business goals.
- Solution Architecture: Design and implement tailored solutions that integrate seamlessly into customers existing environments ensuring scalability security and efficiency.
- Process Improvement & Analysis: Assess business workflowsidentifygaps and recommend improvements that enhance productivity and compliance.
- Customer Success & Impact: Drive measurable business outcomes ensuring solutions deliver value beyond implementation.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with executive leaders technical teams and end users translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights.
- Training & Change Management: Lead training sessions develop user adoption strategies and ensure seamless transitions for new tools and processes.
- Project Execution & Support: Engage in the full solution lifecyclefrominitialdiscovery and requirements gathering to configuration deployment and ongoing optimization.
About You
- Priorexperience in a customer-facing role such as consulting business analysis or solution architecture.
- Demonstrated ability to leadendtoendSaaS implementations including discovery configuration data migration testing deployment andpostgoliveoptimization.
- Experience designing and implementing ITSM and ESM operating models with a strong understanding of service design principles andcustomercentricservice delivery.
- Hands-on experience redesigning service desks and support experiences including intake models request workflows knowledge management andmultichannelsupport strategies.
- Hands-on experience with Atlassian products (Jira Software Jira Service Management Confluence Jira Align Bitbucket Trello Compass).
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional diverse teams and foster strong client relationships.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to solve complex problems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience as a regular user of generative AI tools (such as OpenAI Anthropic Google or comparable platforms) and a positive belief in their ability to augment human capability and meaningfully improve how work is performed.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration ora relatedfieldor equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- One or more Atlassian Certified Professional certifications.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum KanbanSAFe DevOps ITSM) and certifications from Scrum AllianceSAFe or ITIL.
- Strong project management skills including planning estimation risk management and stakeholder communications (PMP certification is a plus).
- Proficiencyin data analysis and automation using tools such as Excel or scripting languages.
- Experience supporting clients in complex or regulated environments such as:
- Public Sector or Defense.
- Manufacturing or Aerospace.
- Energy and Utilities.
- Healthcare or Life Sciences.
