The ideal candidate will be able to work a full-time schedule that includes weekend days. This role is in-person at our San Antonio TX showroom.

Whatyoulldo:

• Guide customers topurchasevia in-person and virtual appointments creating memorable and personalized experiences for each customer.
• Managea high volume of incoming sales leadstoattainindividualand teamgoals andrevenue targets.
• Proactivelyrespondto online customer inquiries and provide salesassistancethrough live chats and phone callswhile focusing on a luxury customer experience reflective of our high-quality product.
• Review customer feedback surveys and online reviews working with your leadersto continuously improvethe customerexperienceand your sales performance.
• Utilize sales strategies and forward-thinking problem-solving techniques toassistand guide customers through multiple purchasing decisionssuch as ring settings selections and diamond options.
• Develop anddemonstrateproductknowledgeas it pertains to ourdiamonds gemstones and fine jewelry.
• Use our ERP system to manage your tasks and communicate cross-functionally.
• Act as a brand advocate sharing our mission of creating a more sustainable transparent and compassionate jewelry industry.
• Travel to support other showroom locations.
• SupportonboardingnewJewelry Consultants through shadowing daily activitiesaswellprovidesupport forcontinuing education.
• Participate in mentorship and training programs providing dedicated support and guidance to new and existing Jewelry Consultants.
• ActasAssistant Manager on siteas needed including but not limitedto:assigningappointments schedulingand salesdashboard oversight and escalation management.

What You Have:

• 1 years ofdemonstratedhigh-achieving performance in a sales-based retail position (luxury and/or omni-channel experience preferred)
• Experiencemanaging people in retail or direct to consumer sales store leadership or keyholder experience a plus
• Dedicated desire to coach and mentor to set teammates up for success and continuously improve team performance
• A true passion for helping people and creating positive customer service experiences
• Highly organized with focus on execution problem solving and improving processes
• Motivated self-starter with high efficiency work style whilemaintainingattention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communications
• Ability to think critically and adapt quickly in a flexible environment
• Exceptional time management skills and accountability
• Team player with an ability to work collaboratively to achieve business goals
• Robust CRM software experience
• Entrepreneurial spirit / self-starter
• Ability to travel up to 50%
