• Responsible for fostering a fin-credible culture where employees love to come to work
• Conduct regular leadership meetings for your location
• Participate in regular regional leadership meetings
• End-to-end responsibility for hiring onboarding and offboarding
  
  

• Responsible for the staff schedule class schedules and capacity optimization of lesson levels
• Responsible for all billing and payroll
  
  

• Plan school maintenance needs to ensure the overall maintenance and cleanliness of the facility are upheld to the highest standards.
• Obtain CPO Certification and assist in pool maintenance tasks as directed by the Aquatics Facility Operator.
  
  

• Ellis & Associates Lifeguard Certification required (Training provided if not currently certified)
• Certified Pool Operator Certification required (Training provided if not currently certified)
• All certifications must be kept current in accordance with renewal standards
• This is a full-time position (40 hrs/week).
• Flexible availability is required including weekdays evenings and weekend shifts to accommodate for the business need.
