Tapestry Solutions a part of Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Entry-Level Financial Analyst in Maryland Heights MO. The position is ideal for an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment can provide analytical support across the Finance organization and can directly support the Tapestry CFO on special projects. This hybrid role blends hands-on financial planning and analysis tasks with expense management and reporting. The ideal candidate brings strong interpersonal skills the ability to learn quickly to add value and a desire to drive performance through insights not just data.
Position Responsibilities:
- Prepare indirect cost spend reports and support analysis of overhead expense trends
- Track and report new business funds; prepare investment review decks for leadership review
- Produce and maintain order forecasts in collaboration with product line stakeholders to provide visibility into future revenue and earnings forecasts
- Organize and facilitate monthly all-finance team meetings in support of the CFO (agenda setting materials preparation follow-ups)
- Lead development of the annual LRBP (Long-Range Business Plan) leadership team briefing package consolidating inputs and preparing executive-ready deliverables
- Support ad hoc financial analyses and special projects as needed
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 1 years of Excel experience using pivot tables lookups and creating basic formulas
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Experience balancing multiple competing priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelors degree or higher in Finance Accounting Business or a related field from an accredited course of study
- Experience with corporate finance systems
- Detail-oriented with the ability to dig into data and resolve discrepancies
- Self-motivated and hardworking

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications as well as market and business considerations.
