Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for building and maintaining client relationships ensuring satisfaction and driving business growth through effective communication and strategic planning.

Client Relationship Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term relationships.

• Conduct regular business reviews with clients to strengthen partnerships and present program requirements.

• Proactively address client concerns and provide solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention.

Client and TeamCommunication:

• Facilitateclear consistent and regular communication between clients and internal teams to manage expectations and resolve issues.

• Ensure that all client interactions reflect positively on the companys brand and values.

• Develop and implement communication strategies that enhance client engagement and trust.

Sales Growth:

• Identifyand capitalize on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients thereby contributing to revenue growth.

• Analyze client needs and market trends to propose innovative solutions that align with clientobjectives.

• Collaborate with the sales support team to develop tailored proposals and presentations that effectivelyshowcaseour offerings.

CRM and Reporting:

• Prepare and present detailed reports on account activity performance metrics and client feedback to internal stakeholders.

• UtilizeCRM systems to track and analyze client interactions ensuring data accuracy and insightful reporting.

• Provideactionable insights and recommendations based on report findings to drive continuous improvement.

Ability to speak read and write fluently in English is required.

Pay Ranges

This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position including experience training and other considerations permitted by that may be used when making an offer may include a candidates skills experience and geographic location the expected quality and quantity of work and internal pay alignment as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive employees pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local addition to monetary compensation we offer benefits including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance and Company-matching 401(k) in addition to other programs and perks.
