Position Summary
The Joint Chiropractic is redefining how healthcare is delivered-making it more accessible affordable and consumer-focused. As weprepare for significantgrowth we are building an HR function that not only supports thebusiness butactively shapes how work gets done.

We are seeking a high-impact HR professional to own Total Rewards whilehelping positionHR as an innovation center within the organization. This roleis responsible for ensuring compensation benefits wellness and recognition programs are well-designed effectively executed and clearly understood while also leading initiatives that introduce more modern effective ways of working across the business.

This role sits at the intersection of execution and improvement. Itis responsible forrunning core programs that matter to employees every day while also helping the organization move forward in how itoperates.

Success in this role will come from the ability to bring structure to complexity simplify where needed and consistently raise the standard of how HR delivers value to the business.

Whatyoulldo:

Total Rewards

• Own the day-to-day management and execution of compensation benefits wellness and recognition programs
• Maintain compensation structures support pay decisions and ensure alignment to market and internal equity
  Manageallbenefits programs including vendor coordination renewals and employee support
• Oversee recognition programs to ensure consistency participation and alignment to company values
• Elevate the Wellness program with a focus on employee well-being satisfaction and engagement
• Ensure all Total Rewards programs are administered accurately consistently and in compliance with applicable regulations
• Create clear straightforward communication so employees understand andutilizeavailable programs

• Help establish HR as a source of innovation within the organization
  Identify and introduce modern HR programs processes and technologies that improve how work gets doneacross the organization and the entire system
• Lead implementation of newpeopleinitiatives ensuring they are practical scalable and clearly understood
• Support enterprise initiatives including AI adoption from a people communication and change perspective

• 8 years of HR experience with exposure to Total Rewards and/or HR program ownership
• Strong operational discipline and attention to detail
• Ability to takenew ideasand turn them into structured execution
• Clear and direct communicator
• Comfortable supporting organization-wide initiatives and change
• Sound judgment and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Salary: $90k- $105k bonus

This role follows a hybrid schedule and will require an in-office presence at our Scottsdale AZ headquarters at least three days per week (Tuesday-Thursday).
