Job Summary
Schwarz Excavations is seeking experienced Hi-Rail GPS Excavator Operators to join our team and contribute to major civil rail and infrastructure projects across Queensland. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to work with specialized rail and earthmoving equipment ensuring safe and efficient project delivery.

- Assist with maintenance of rail track infrastructure
- Operate Excavator in compliance with network-specific standards and operational procedures.
- Follow all site client and Schwarz safety policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure safe operations
- Support a safety-first culture through proactive participation
- Accurately complete required paperwork and reports
- RIW (Rail Industry Worker)
- Relevant Operator Ticket
- GPS Excavation Experience
- Experience in High Rail Operations
- Construction Induction (White Card)
- C Class Drivers Licence
- Ability to pass a CAT 1 Rail Medical Assessment
- Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening
- Strong commitment to safety and working as part of a team
