The Opportunity

Were seeking a Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of landscape projects across Greater Sydney.

In this role youll take ownership of projects from planning through to completion working closely with site teams subcontractors clients and internal stakeholders. Youll ensure projects are delivered safely on time within budget and to WEM Scapes high standards.

What Youll Do

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of landscape projects ensuring they are completed on time within budget and to specification.
• Work closely with the General Manager site teams and WEM Civil project teams to plan works monitor progress and drive project performance.
• Coordinate procurement of materials subcontractors and resources to keep projects running smoothly.
• Manage contracts variations extensions of time and project documentation to protect project outcomes.
• Monitor project budgets financial performance and cost controls to ensure profitability.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients councils consultants and subcontractors to support successful project delivery.
• Run project meetings and ensure clear communication between all stakeholders.
• Identify risks inefficiencies or potential delays and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Support the growth of WEM Scape by delivering a positive client experience and identifying opportunities for repeat business.

What Youll Bring

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in landscaping
• Bachelors degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering or a related discipline or Certificate III in Landscape Construction
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies contract administration and project delivery
• Proven experience managing budgets programs subcontractors and project risks
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Strong understanding of WHS Environmental and Quality Management Systems
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Current drivers licence and White Card
