Job Summary
Job Overview:
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our clients team in Luxembourg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering analyzing and documenting business requirements while working closely with stakeholders to support banking-related projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into functional specifications
- Create and maintain documentation (BRD FRD user stories)
- Collaborate with IT and business teams for solution delivery
- Support testing activities (UAT) and ensure requirements are met
- Assist in process improvement and optimization initiatives
Mandatory Requirements:
- Masters degree in Finance Economics Engineering or Computer Science
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis (requirement elicitation & modelling)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in the Banking industry
- Knowledge of financial products (Loans Equity Guarantees)
- Experience with tools like Excel SQL JIRA or similar
- Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- French language is an advantage
