When a guest walks in our Front Desk is usually the first staff interaction they will have. Because of this only the best will do! If you are a helpful and dependable person who is looking for daily interactions with individuals from all around the world we have the perfect opportunity for you. A Front Desk Agent takes great care of our guests during the check-in and check-out process. They are also the first line of communication when it comes to taking care of the guests needs during their stay. A clean driving record is required. This position also drives our shuttle to and from the airport transporting airline staff. This is a PT PM shift that includes weekends and must have holiday availability. The range of pay is $16.50 - 20.50.

What will I be doing

Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• AssistFront Office leadership with the checking in and checking out of guests.
• Respond to guest inquiries and in a timely friendly and efficient manner
• Provide driving and/or walking directions to guests to local destinations
• Ensure a high level of product knowledge of the hotel including but not limited to directions hours of outlet operation hotel services hotel events and local and community events and attractions
• Assist fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships
• Safely drive our airport shuttle
• Provide or obtain accurate information
