Job Summary
Key Areas of Responsibilities

Extensive experience with Core Java Spring Framework OOPs principles and Data Structures/Algorithms (DSA) Multi-threading
-
Develop and maintain Order & Execution Management System by designing developing and supporting business requirements following the software development lifecycle.

Individual contributor who will develop quality code.

Proactively engage and communicate with other teams like other Development QA and Support as required.

Optimize application performance for fast loading times and a seamless user experience
-
Good understanding of low latency architecture and memory management.

Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and enforce coding standards.

Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in front-end technologies.

Technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team

Recommend and implement enhancements in project architecture and workflow to improve development efficiency.
Requirements
-
Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science or any IT stream

Minimum 9 years of relevant experience in backend technologies like Core Java 8 Spring framework OOPs DSA Multi-threading

Basic knowledge of RDBMS and middleware/messaging systems like Solace and Tibco EMS
-
Low latency/Real time application experience is a plus. Experience in Investment banking domain & cash equities would be an added advantage

Strong analytical problem-solving skills who can work under a fast pace and dynamic environment with minimal supervision

Result oriented enthusiastic a team player who can work independently

Fluent in English in both speaking and writing
