Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect / Lead with strong expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) to drive enterprise ServiceNow implementations solution architecture platform governance and team leadership. The ideal candidate should have deep hands-on experience in ServiceNow HR modules integrations custom development and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture & Leadership:

Lead architecture design and implementation of ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
Define scalable secure and future-ready ServiceNow platform architecture.
Drive technical governance code quality platform standards and best practices.
Provide effort estimation technical planning and solution roadmaps.
Lead onsite/offshore development teams and mentor junior developers.
Participate in Agile ceremonies sprint planning retrospectives and stakeholder reviews.

HRSD Functional & Technical Expertise:

Hands-on expertise in implementing and customizing:

HR Case Management
HR Knowledge Management
Employee Service Center / Employee Center Portal
Enterprise Onboarding & Lifecycle Events
Employee Document Management
Performance Analytics for HR
Employee Journey Workflows

Required Skills:

Must Have:

10 years of IT experience with 6 years in ServiceNow.
Strong experience in ServiceNow HRSD implementations.
Hands-on development and customization expertise.
Experience in enterprise integrations.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Team leadership / technical lead experience.
Knowledge of ITIL and HR processes.

Certifications (Mandatory):

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - HRSD
