Job Summary
Hypermarket Manager Job Description
The Manager will be responsible for leading and managing overall store operations ensuring smooth functioning and achievement of business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end store operations ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Manage and drive the stores Profit & Loss (P&L) performance.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support daily operations.
- Maintain high ethical standards and handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
- Drive team performance with strong focus on employee engagement and development.
- Ensure excellence in customer service and overall store experience.
- Monitor inventory merchandising and quality standards to maximize sales and minimize losses.
- Plan and execute promotional activities to enhance revenue generation.
Key Skills:
- Strong expertise in FMCG Retail Apparel Channel Sales and Employee Engagement.
- Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
Required Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in Operations Merchandising Customer Service Quality Inventory Control MIS Revenue Generation and Promotions.
- Preferred industry background: Retail QSR Apparel FMCG Hotel or Service Industry.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in retail/QSR/hospitality/service sectors.
- Must hold a graduate degree.
