Production Monitoring: Utilize ELK Stack Dynatrace and CloudWatch to identify performance issues proactively and system failures before they impact users.

Incident & Problem Management: Take ownership of production incidents reported via ServiceNow providing timely updates and driving issues to resolution within established SLAs.

Infrastructure Support: Troubleshoot and maintain services hosted on Azure

Data Query Optimization: Use SQL proficiency to perform deep-dive data analysis debug backend issues

Release & Deployment: Support application deployments and patching using Azure Pipelines ensuring smooth transitions from staging to production.

Collaboration: Maintain Jira dashboards for tracking bug fixes and enhancements and work closely with cross-functional teams to improve system resiliency.
