We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead cloud infrastructure operations with a strong focus on Azure VMware Solution (AVS) environments.

The role involves managing service delivery driving operational excellence ensuring SLA adherence and handling customer escalations.

Candidate must have proven experience in ITIL-based service management incident change governance and stakeholder communication.

Bilingual proficiency in English and French is mandatory. Strong leadership and customer-facing skills are essential.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Deploying and configuring VMware virtualization software including hypervisors vCenter Server and other associated components in the AVS environment.

Creating configuring and managing virtual machines within AVS including tasks like provisioning cloning and snapshots

Allocating and managing computing resources such as CPU memory and storage to ensure optimal performance and resource utilization for VMware workloads on Azure.

Identifying ads to resolve the issues related to VMware infrastructure AVS Virtual Machines and associated components.

Monitoring and optimizing the performance of VMware infrastructure virtual machines and associated components.

Implementing and maintaining security measures within the VMware environment including access control encryption and compliance with security policies

Preparing and maintaining documentation for the VMware infrastructure configurations and procedures and best practices

Interacting and collaborating with different vendors to resolve issues and to get the latest updates.

Managing user accounts and roles within the Azure VMware Solution controlling access and permissions

Design Build Configure Deploy and System Administration of Windows Serveroperating systems.
