Job Summary
Job Description : We are seeking an experienced AWS CDK Support Engineer to provide L2/L3 support for cloud infrastructure built using AWS CDK (TypeScript/Python).
The role involves troubleshooting infrastructure issues supporting DevOps processes and ensuring the reliability scalability and security of AWS environments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. AWS CDK & Infrastructure Support
- Provide L2/L3 support for AWS infrastructure built using AWS CDK (TypeScript/Python)
- Troubleshoot and resolve:
- IaC deployment failures
- CloudFormation stack issues
- Environment drift problems
2. AWS Services Management
- Support and manage AWS services including:
- VPC
- IAM
- EC2
- ECS / EKS
- Lambda
- S3
- RDS
- CloudWatch
- Ensure availability performance and security of cloud resources
3. DevOps & CI/CD Collaboration
- Work closely with DevOps / Platform teams
- Support:
- CI/CD pipelines
- Infrastructure upgrades
- Incident management
4. Application Team Enablement
- Assist development teams with:
- AWS CDK usage
- Best practices
- Onboarding to cloud infrastructure
5. Monitoring Optimization & Security
- Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure
- Optimize:
- Resource utilization
- Cost efficiency
- Security controls
Required Skills
- Strong experience with AWS CDK (TypeScript or Python)
- Experience in L2/L3 production support for cloud environments
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for:
- CloudFormation / CDK deployments
- Infrastructure failures
- Experience with core AWS services:
- VPC IAM EC2 ECS/EKS Lambda S3 RDS CloudWatch
- Experience with:
- DevOps practices
- CI/CD pipelines
- Incident management
Nice to Have
- Experience in platform engineering or cloud enablement teams
- Knowledge of cost optimization and cloud security best practices
- Exposure to large-scale enterprise cloud environments
