Job Summary
Job Description: Role: BSA/ Tech Lead
Duration: 12 months
Location: Toronto
Hybrid: 2 days a week in office
- Lead business and systems analysis for enterprisescale data warehousing and analytics initiatives.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather analyze and document requirements for data and reporting solutions.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications including BRDs FRDs and data mappings.
- Serve as a technical lead guiding data warehouse design decisions and best practices.
- Design review and optimize dimensional data models (facts dimensions star/snowflake schemas).
- Write optimize and review complex SQL queries for analysis validation and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers BI Developers and Architects to deliver scalable highquality solutions.
- Support ETL/ELT pipeline design data integration reconciliation quality and lineage.
- Act as a liaison between business engineering and analytics teams; support UAT and agile ceremonies.
- Bring 8 years of experience with strong SQL data warehousing expertise and excellent communication and documentation skills.
