Role Description
- Champion the business implementation and enablement of ServiceNow HAM Pro in enterprise environments.
- Participate in end-to-end delivery of HAM Pro implementation (design build test deploy hypercare).
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow HAM Pro data model and workflows.
- Understand HAM Pro impacts on other ServiceNow modules such as ITSM.
- Experience with discovery and scanning tools: ServiceNow Discovery SCCM Intune Qualys.
- Integration experience with procurement/finance systems (e.g. Coupa).
- Design and execute hardware reconciliations.
- Manage hardware asset classes including servers network devices and end-user devices.
- Strong understanding of HAM lifecycle from ordering to disposal.
- Experience in process design (lifecycle RACI SOPs) aligned with audit and compliance requirements.
- Strong documentation and training capabilities.
- Build dashboards and reports in ServiceNow.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with KPI and metrics orientation.
- Experience in highly regulated industries (e.g. banking) is an asset.
- HAM-related certification is an asset.
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems Computer Science or equivalent experience.
