Job Description: Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer
Location: Toronto ON
Work Style: Hybrid (2 days per week in-person at Toronto office preferred)
Skills: Digital : Microsoft Dynamics 365 FinanceDigital : Windows Virtual DesktopAnalytical Ability Experience Required: 6-8
Role Descriptions:
Provides Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support for end users in both English and French.
Troubleshoots Windows desktops and laptops including OS performance and hardware issues.
Supports Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook Teams OneDrive and SharePoint.
Resolves VDI issues (Citrix AVD VMware) including login session and profile problems.
Handles network connectivity issues such as VPN WiFi LAN and basic networking.
Supports printers scanners smart cards and other enduser peripherals.
Uses Lakeside SysTrack for endpoint monitoring and proactive issue identification.
Provides EUC support in BFSI environments including bank branches and ATM-related systems.
Manages incidents and service requests via ServiceNow meeting SLAs and escalation standards.
MUST HAVE:
Requires strong customer service analytical skills ability to work 24x7 shifts and mandatory bilingual proficiency in English and French.
