Job Description: Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer
Location: Toronto ON
Work Style: Hybrid (2 days per week in-person at Toronto office preferred)
Skills: Digital : Microsoft Dynamics 365 FinanceDigital : Windows Virtual DesktopAnalytical Ability Experience Required: 6-8
Role Descriptions:
- Provides Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support for end users in both English and French.
- Troubleshoots Windows desktops and laptops including OS performance and hardware issues.
- Supports Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook Teams OneDrive and SharePoint.
- Resolves VDI issues (Citrix AVD VMware) including login session and profile problems.
- Handles network connectivity issues such as VPN WiFi LAN and basic networking.
- Supports printers scanners smart cards and other enduser peripherals.
- Uses Lakeside SysTrack for endpoint monitoring and proactive issue identification.
- Provides EUC support in BFSI environments including bank branches and ATM-related systems.
- Manages incidents and service requests via ServiceNow meeting SLAs and escalation standards.
MUST HAVE:
Requires strong customer service analytical skills ability to work 24x7 shifts and mandatory bilingual proficiency in English and French.
