Job Title: Clerk 3 (Medical Fitness)

Position Overview
The Clerk 3 (ADM04) role is responsible for delivering a broad range of clerical and administrative support functions within the department. Working under general supervision the incumbent applies specialized knowledge sound judgment and decision-making skills to manage tasks that may involve exceptions to standard procedures. This position plays a key role in ensuring efficient office operations and accurate data management.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Upload and manage incoming mail and documentation within the MedFit system
Track organize and maintain documentation using Microsoft Excel
Compile and consolidate data from multiple internal and external sources
Prepare review and verify documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
Maintain records files and documentation in accordance with established procedures
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and related reports
Monitor and manage inventory levels ensuring adequate supply of office materials
Coordinate and distribute inter-office mail efficiently
Support daily office operations and administrative workflows
Provide guidance and direction to junior staff and may assist in supervising team activities
Qualifications & Requirements
Completion of Grade XI (or equivalent)
Minimum of four (4) years of related clerical or administrative experience
Equivalent combination of education training and experience may be considered
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel
Strong organizational analytical and data management skills
Ability to exercise judgment and decision-making within established guidelines
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working with data systems (e.g. MedFit or similar platforms) is considered an asset

Required Skills:
