Job Summary
Job Title: Business Analyst Retail Banking (Accounts Lending & Cards)
Scope of Work: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst Retail Banking with strong domain expertise across personal and small business banking products. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technology teams to deliver solutions across product operations compliance digital branch and contact centre channels.
Key Skills / Domain Expertise:
- Personal and small business accounts (chequing savings)
- Lending & credit products (mortgages loans lines of credit)
- Cards (debit credit)
- Strong exposure across Product Operations Compliance Digital Branch Contact Centre
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather analyze and document business and system requirements
- Work with stakeholders across retail banking functions to understand business needs
- Translate requirements into user stories process flows and functional specifications
- Support product and digital initiatives across banking channels
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
- Collaborate with technology QA and business teams for solution delivery
- Support UAT defect tracking and business validation
- Drive process improvements across customer journeys and banking operations
