Job Summary
Job Title: AWS Node Js Developer
Location: Toronto ON

Experience Required: 8-10
The AWS / TypeScript Developer will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining scalable secure and high performance backend services in a cloud native environment. The role involves building RESTful APIs and event driven services using and TypeScript deploying and managing applications on AWS and collaborating closely with frontend DevOps QA and architecture teams. Responsibilities include implementing cloud best practices writing clean and maintainable code ensuring application security and performance supporting CI/CD pipelines and participating in code reviews and troubleshooting production issues.
Top 3 Required Skills:
1. Strong experience in backend development using and TypeScript
2. Hands on experience with AWS services (EC2 Lambda S3 API Gateway RDS/DynamoDB IAM)
3. Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices
Top 3 Preferred Skills:
1. Experience with serverless architectures and event driven systems
2. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines containerization (Docker) and Infrastructure as Code
3. Knowledge of performance optimization security best practices and monitoring in AWS
Education Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
