Salesforce Platform Technical Lead- Oracle Informatica

Job Summary

We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to lead enterprise-level Salesforce implementations integrations and custom development. The role involves owning end-to-end technical delivery managing development teams and driving scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Leadership

• Lead and own all technical aspects of Salesforce implementations and customizations
  
• Manage development teams and oversee delivery across multiple workstreams
  
• Provide technical leadership and define best practices for development integration and deployment
  

2. Development & Customization

• Build customized Salesforce solutions using:
  
• Apex
  
• Visualforce
  
• Java
  
• AJAX
  
• Support development for integrations third-party applications and AppExchange products
  

3. Integration & Data Management

• Lead data migrations data quality initiatives and ETL efforts
  
• Manage integrations with enterprise systems (Oracle SAP etc.)
  
• Work with integration tools such as Informatica Cloud
  

4. Salesforce Delivery Lifecycle

• Participate in all phases of Salesforce implementation:
  
• Requirements gathering
  

5. Process Improvement & Strategy

• Identify opportunities to leverage Salesforce for business process improvement
  

7. Risk & Issue Management

• Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues
  
• Provide proactive recommendations for resolution
  

8. Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements processes and pain points
  
• Conduct workshops interviews and requirement refinement sessions
  
• Work with Product Owners Architects and UX teams
  

9. Solution Design & Governance

• Propose Salesforce out-of-the-box and custom solutions
  
• Prepare and present solutions to Salesforce Design Authority
  
• Perform POC and impact analysis on existing configurations and data
  
• Create functional and solution artifacts
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Salesforce development experience
  
• Minimum 3 years leading enterprise Salesforce implementations (300 users)
  
• Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems (Oracle SAP etc.)
  
• At least 1 complex data migration (ETL) experience
  
• Experience with global delivery models
  
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce platform
  

Technical Skills

• Salesforce Development: Apex Visualforce
  
• Integration: Informatica Cloud and other integration tools
  
• Programming: Java AJAX
  
• CI/CD and Release Management
  

Certifications

• Current Salesforce certifications (mandatory)
