Compensation Package

• Salary Range:
  • Personal Lines: $50000 - $70000
  • Commercial Lines: $60000 - $80000
  • Asheboro Location: $40000 - $60000
• Vacation and Sick Days: Generous time off policy
• Health Insurance: Not provided but open to offering a stipend
• Work Environment: Fully in-office

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of personal and/or commercial insurance accounts
• Assist clients with policy reviews coverage questions and policy changes
• Process endorsements renewals and remarketing when appropriate
• Work directly with insurance carriers regarding underwriting billing and policy servicing
• Support quoting and policy issuance for new business (Personal Lines will include both new and renewal policies; Commercial Lines will focus on renewals)
• Maintain accurate client and policy documentation within the agency management system
• Deliver proactive relationship-driven client service

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience required
  • 5-10 years of experience preferred
• Software Proficiency: Experience with Momentum or NowCerts preferred but other backgrounds are acceptable
• Skills and Attributes:
